Yes. Wetwork includes the full rules for Handlers and covert operations. Other expansions expand the world and add missions, but Wetwork is required to understand the rules and field any Handler models in game play.

No. If you just like the models, you can use them as proxies or display pieces without the expansion.

What are the models made out of?

BLKOUT miniatures are made from a flexible, easy-to-assemble resin that requires minimal cleanup and bonds easily with super glue. Models are supplied unpainted.

Choose One-Piece Resin for simple glue-and-play convenience; larger models may require light assembly.

Or choose Cast Resin for maximum durability and customization — these kits may require a bit of trimming or cleanup from the casting process (standard for high-detail resin).

Do the models come painted?
