When conventional forces fail, the Special Activities Division is what remains. Drawn from the Authority's most capable operators, SAD exists outside the rhythms of normal military command, deployed only when strategic assets, political stability, or the survival of the state itself hang in the balance. Counterinsurgency, hostage recovery, high-value target elimination, deep reconnaissance — if the mission cannot fail, it belongs to them.

SAD fights with precision rather than numbers. Small teams infiltrate where battalions cannot, dismantling enemy networks before they become battlefields. Advanced augmentation, relentless training, and absolute operational discipline allow them to strike with overwhelming violence before disappearing back into the noise of ABOL's endless war. To most citizens, they are little more than rumor. To the Authority's enemies, they are the last warning before the lights go out.
